NiedzicaThis small village is famous for one of the most beautiful Polish castles, located over Czorsztyn Reservoir. Built already in 14th century it was reconstructed as a Renaissance fortress in 16th century. Now you can visit here a museum and get to know some interesting stories, connected even with the mysteries of Inca! The Upper castle is a marvellous panorama point, from which you can admire the whole panorama of Czorsztyn Lake, the Pieniny Mountains and the ruins of the castle in Czorsztyn. In the summer season there are organised the cruises to the riuns of the castle in Czorsztyn, while the winter tourist attraction are well prepared ski-slopes. The castle is located very close to the Dunajec River, so you can participate in rafting and visit the castle during one day!
